Breakfast: French Toast, Peaches and Cinnamon

French toast is one of my favourite meals and using this light, whole-grain bread, egg whites, and light maple syrup, it is possible to make it under 250 cals. Adding berries or peaches on top will give it a naturally sweet taste therefore you won't need as much (or any) syrup. Another alternative would be to top the french toast with some greek yogurt and fruit.
