Spicy Avocado Deviled Eggs

  • 6 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 1/2 of a medium avocado (ripe)
  • 3 tsp of Sriracha  
  • 1/2 tsp of assorted spices (garlic & pepper, parsley, chives)
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
1. Hard boil 6 eggs for 10 mins and let cool. Cut eggs into even halves, length-wise and set egg white halves onto a plate.
2. In a bowl, mix hard egg yolks with half of a very ripe avocado until smooth.
3. Add in all spices and a few drops of Sriracha if desired (or keep the heat to top the eggs!).
4. Put avocado egg mixture in a piping bag and distribute evenly to egg white halves. 
2. Top with more parsley and your Sriracha sauce for some awesome flavour and heat!
