Recipe: Berry Greek Yogurt
1. Use a 1/2 cup of plain greek yogurt of the brand of your choice
2. Measure out 1/2 cup of mixed, frozen berries
3. Add together and add 1 teaspoon of the sweetener of your choice (I used organic 'pure cane' sugar but you could use stevia, honey or other)
4. Blend all together and enjoy!

This is such a good, healthy snack that can be made at any point of the day. Its also good as a dessert because of how sweet it gets with the berries. I do like the flavoured greek yogurt brands such as OIKOS but for 100 calories, I find they don't included that much yogurt. This alternative is about the same in calories (especially if you use stevia) and gives you more for them.
