Grilled Veggies, Feta and Bacon
Quick and light dinner recipe.
  • 4 bell peppers (any color you'd like)
  • 4 oz feta cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 asparagus
  • 8 slices bacon (pre-cooked)
  • 2 tsp vegetable spices
1. Wash and cut peppers in halves and place on a tray. 2. Cut cubes of feta and put 2-3 in each half of a pepper. 3. Season with spices and drizzle with olive oil (3 tsp). 4. Lay washed asparagus on another tray and add a layer of bacon on top of them, in the opposite direction. Note: Can intertwine asparagus with bacon directly if it is desired. 5. Again, garnish with spices and a little bit of olive oil (1 tsp)

This simple recipe is very low in calorie and so delicious! Can even serve this with a side of salad or 1/2 a cup of quinoa. Hope you enjoy it!
