SUPER "TACO" BOWL

Recipe: Veggie, Salsa, Cheese and Guacamole Salad

Prep all the veggies you want to include in the salad! I made this guacamole with onion, tomatoes, half an avocado and spices.
Place 8" multigrain tortillas in these taco bowl shells. They can be found at Wal-Mart and take approximated 5-7 minutes in the oven. All directions can be found in the box once you purchase the bowls!
Set your table up with cut up veggies, salsa, shredded cheese, guacamole and the tortilla bowls!
Start filling your bowl with all the ingredients you want, layer by layer!
Take a pic and head to your TV!
ENJOY!

Each bowl is approximately 300 calories (depending on how much you fill it) and is a really tasty, simple snack to have when entertaining. Of course you can add taco meat, beans, chilli, chicken or anything else to make it more of a taco salad but I felt like keeping mine low cal and vegetarian. The bowls can also be used as serving dishes for salsa or guacamole throughout the night! Get creative and have a great super bowl feast!
