Breakfast: Moka Protein Shake, Greek Yogurt and Berries

Great breakfast to give me energy before my morning Pilates routine and long, study day. The protein shake was more of a trial and error and once it's perfect, I'll include it in the Recipes section of the blog. I tend to use a half serving of protein on any of my light exercise/rest days, such as today. 

Flavored Greek yogurt has always been my favorite but the last few months I've been eating it plain, adding frozen or fresh berries, and then cinnamon and/or stevia for taste. Such a great and healthy snack or small meal.
