Today's food: Granola, Yogurt and Fruit for Breakfast with a Spiced, Greek Salad for Lunch
Meal prep is key for back to school lunches but that doesn't mean they have to be plain sandwiches. Here's an example of what I had for lunch on-the-go yesterday to give you ideas of how to make your meals interesting for school or work. Note that you can prepare many of these containers in advance and simply omit the granola for the breakfast container and the dressing for the lunch container until the day of. Try to prepare for the end of this week or next week. It is such a time and money saver!
