Snack: Quinoa, Salsa, Corn & Feta

This is one of my favourite snacks to have in the middle of the day because its healthy, low in calorie, fills you up and very easy to make. If you have pre-made quinoa in the fridge this recipe can be a go-to snack for you all week instead of a single granola bar (for example) which is loaded with sugar for the same amount of calories.
