Dinner: Burger, Onions, Avocado and Quinoa Salad
Such an indecisive dinner but it turned out great! The recipe for the quinoa salad can be found on my blog by clicking here. By incorporating protein, good fats, vegetables, and good carbs in this meal I was able to get a really balanced dinner which is perfect for weekends when you eat a little earlier and have time to digest or workout afterwards. I fried the avocados based on my own curiosity and because I didn't feel like were perfectly ripe yet and they turned out great! Hope everyone has a great Saturday dinner!
