HEALTHY STIR FRY

Dinner: Chicken, Egg, Bean Sprout, Spinach and Onion Stir Fry

Some key ingredients for this stir fry! Egg/Egg whites, Bean Sprouts, Pre-cooked Chicken Breast, Club House Montreal Chicken Spice.
Cooked 100g of chicken breast with onions, garlic, spices and some olive oil
Once cooked, I added the spinach and bean sprouts. Cooked the egg/egg whites in a separate pan so that they would be ready at the same time. Eggs were cooked the same way you would cook scrambled eggs.

This dinner was to satisfy a Thai Express craving! All the vegetables made this stir fry a very large serving for very little calories. I really enjoyed this and its so easy to make at any time of the day. The variations of this meal are endless; all it takes is scoping out your fridge and getting creative. This meal is high in protein with both eggs and chicken but still pretty low in calorie for a dinner. Highly recommended!
