Dinner: Scrambled Eggs on a 5-Grain Pita with a Sliced Yellow Tomato.
Low calorie dinner I had the other night. I love egg whites and they are always my go-to meal of choice when I don't know what to eat. Whenever I make scrambled egg whites, I like to add one full egg so that the consistency is easier to cook and to get some protein in my meal. The yellow tomatoes are from my home garden and taste great with some light salt and pepper to compliment their sweetness. Great meal to have at any point of the day!
