Dinner: Chicken Avocado Pita
This is one of my favorite light dinners. When I don't know what to eat and it's after 6 p.m., I like it prepare a light dinner such as this one, pre- or post-workout. Chicken breast is really light but contains a great amount of protein and avocado is rich in vitamins/nutrients and also contains good fats. I find when I include avocado I don't need to add a sauce to my sandwiches but if you would like, I suggest a tbsp of hummus or tzatziki.
