A really great lunch I had at home earlier this week. I would have used less cheese next time as I only measured the calories after I had eaten the grilled cheese! (YIKES!) Not bad once in a while but you definitely can't have this meal every day. I find everything tastes better with some fresh spices from my garden so I added them to both my grilled cheese and in my salad.
An alternative to the grilled cheese would be to add parmesan and pita chips directly onto the salad or a couple ounces of chopped grilled chicken.
